Kids and I went to the mall on Saturday and made a stop at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I always say, "Maybe next time." I was tired of waiting til next time, so we stopped in for a treat! Oh my heavens! I've never had a better apple!

I devoured that apple. I have no idea how many cals the caramel was... and I don't wanna know either. Treat is a treat and the details aren't necessary for me! :P
Sunday was a pretty lazy day around here which was FINE WITH ME. I am so behind on sleep it's ridiculous. I happily laid around with the fam. :)
This morning, though, I was ready to bang it out ! I was seriously fired up! I woke up with some sort of crazy energy! It would normally be a gym day for me, but I decided to pump out a BCx workout. I started the boot camp the beginning of Jan so a bunch of the people doing it with me just "graduated" and it's killing me that I'm a week behind cause I chose to to both gym and boot camp. I'm not complaining, just wanna be celebrating with the grads! hehe My gym class has been a boot camp too so I don't think I hurt myself by alternating them.

I FINALLY beat that 2 min barrier on the Bear Crawl Suicides! I was a raging maniac on a MISSION! When I saw my time, I smiled huge! My times have improved across the board mostly but one thing that stands out to me is the boot camp core. The first core workout on 1/4/12, that time is for TWO sets! I remember thinking that first core workout that it was absolutely CRAZY to be able to do three sets.... I stand corrected. The other two times are with THREE SETS complete! You can always do more than you think.... One huge lesson learned.
I'm gonna finish up this last few days of Boot Camp and then I'm gonna start another round! Ohhhhhhh Yes!

Notice the weight at the top of the chart.. I went up. Hilarious to me that you work your @ss off and the scale goes up. It doesn't bother me though. I feel amazing! When I first looked at this program, I thought to myself.. HOLY CRAP! That's gonna be TOUGH as hell! I have very much enjoyed the challenge though and very much looking forward to round 2 and some bigger weights! Muscle baby! Oh, and my instructor at the gym announced today that she's bringing in some battle axes aka body bars soon! I love working with the body bars! I'm in such a fitness zone right now and I think having the BCx program and my new gym have really blazed a new fire inside me. I absolutely LOVE it !
